Job summary

Erect Engineering PressWorks Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer to coordinate and drive engineering, quality, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities across projects. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have at least two years of related experience (fresh graduates encouraged),

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
• At least 2 years' related experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must have valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project elements including design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and buy-off.
• Lead liaising with departments, vendors and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Analyze customer and internal changes, including feasibility studies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.).
• Identify and resolve technical issues during projects.
• Willing to travel and attend project meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final buy-off phases.

Lead and liaise with other departments, vendors and clients to ensure smooth implementation, product samples deliver on time and the quality meet customer requirements.

Effectively analyze customer and internal changes, including feasibility study.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentations, including progress reports, technical specifications, change orders, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and etc.

Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.

Willing to travel and attend project meeting as required.

Other duties to be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational skills, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
