Job summary

Signature Market is seeking a QA/QC focused professional to supervise and manage quality assurance and control processes, ensuring products comply with quality and food safety standards.

You will oversee the safety management system for goods, coordinate with departments to uphold standards, and ensure all inspection and testing equipment are correctly calibrated and maintained. Internal audits will be conducted with follow-up on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage quality assurance and control processes to ensure quality and food safety.
• Oversee the safety management system of goods.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure inspection, documentation, measuring and testing equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Conduct internal Quality and Food Safety Management System audit reports.
• Follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
