Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of QAQC experience in Steel Structure Construction or related field.

Responsibilities

To ensure QAQC records/filling system are maintained which demonstrate compliance with the project Quality Plan and ISO 9001 requirement.
To assist in coordination and monitor inspection and test activities.
To monitor and verify that all operations are conducted in accordance with the established procedure.
To ensure all material sample, method statement, shop drawing, etc are submitted and approved before the works proceed.
To report a non-performance of the quality system to superior.
To make sure all non-conformities (NCR) raised close.
Attend various meetings, communicate the information and follow up on action required.
To update the progress or Quality reports.
To prepare all correspondence on all quality related matters.
Provide support to the Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.
Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Assist the management to conduct internal quality audit.
