Qualifications

• Perform mechanical testing for steel products according to MS, BS, SS & AS/NZS standards.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.
• Prepare Inspection & Test Certificates (ITC) for product deliveries.
• Investigate production quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Handle customer complaints, corrective actions, and non-conformance investigations.
• Manage calibration of measuring and weighing equipment.
• Support internal audits and quality management system documentation.
