• Carry out material identification and perform fitness inspection.
• Implement 'In Plant Quality Plan' and In Plant Check List.
• Conduct welder procedure qualification and performance tests.
• Perform pneumatic testing as necessary.
• Ensure regular testing to avoid production delays.
• Only qualified welders allowed for specific procedures.
• Coordinate and control all work related to project documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC documents meet company standards.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Carry out material identification, perform fitness inspection and relevant NDTs for ITP
• Implementation of “In Plant Quality Plan” and In Plant Check List
• Conduct welder procedure qualification and welder performance test
• Conduct pneumatic testing etc as necessary
• Ensure all material identification, destructive and nondestructive testing are carried out on a regular basis so that production is not held up
• Check and ensure only welders qualified on specific procedures are allowed to weld on these procedures
• Work on, coordinate, monitor and control of all works related to project documentation
• Ensure all QA/QC documents are documented and recorded to the standard of company proper system
• And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
