Job summary

PlayStation Studios QA is seeking a dedicated QA Manager to oversee delivery of high-quality QA services across multiple PlayStation Studios titles. You will build strong relationships with development studios and internal stakeholders, ensuring QA meets project requirements and service levels.

• 3+ years of experience in a management role, demonstrating proven leadership capab

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of QA testing services across assigned PlayStation Studios titles.
• Build and maintain relationships with PlayStation Studios development teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop service engagement strategies for assigned studios and partners, coordinating testing requirements.
• Develop resource plans, oversee budgets, monitor requirements and allocation of testing resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, resource utilisation and service delivery processes.
• Lead, coach and mentor QA team members, supporting performance management and career development.
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and OLAs, monitoring service performance.
• Facilitate regular studio engagement meetings, providing updates on testing progress and budgets.
• Act as escalation point for studios throughout the SDLC, addressing testing challenges.
• Partner with QA leadership and cross-functional teams to improve QA methodologies and tools.
