Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Malaysia is seeking a QA Manager to oversee QA services across multiple PlayStation Studios titles. You will build strong relationships with development studios and internal stakeholders, ensuring QA services meet project requirements, timelines, and service levels.

You will drive resource planning, budgets, and continuous improvements within QA operations. You will lead, coach and mentor QA teams, manage service levels, and report progress across studios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong QA testing methodologies and SDLC understanding.
• Experience in QA service delivery and stakeholder expectations.
