Job summary

Swift invites applications for an Associate Tester Intern in Kuala Lumpur. Over six months, you will gain hands-on experience in software testing, QA processes, Agile delivery, and test automation while contributing to the quality and reliability of applications used worldwide.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and comfortable English communication. You will create and execute test cases, log results, and collaborate in an Agile team with Jira and QA documentation.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain test cases from requirements, dashboards, user stories, and test plans.
Execute test cases of low to medium complexity and log results.
Review requirements and identify missing test cases.
Document defects in Jira and propose corrective procedures.
Update QA documentation and traceability matrix.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in test process improvements.
