Job summary

Tranglo is seeking a QA Intern for 6 months to perform manual software testing and learn from our QA and development teams. You will execute test cases, document defects, and assist in creating test plans, while gaining exposure to API testing with Postman and bug-tracking workflows.

Open to Malaysians only, location is Bangsar South, KL. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a CS/IT degree, with basic SQL and familiarity with Jira/TestRail.

Qualifications

• Internship period for 6 months.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools like Jira and TestRail.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality against requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution.
• Assist in writing and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Support API-level functional testing using tools such as Postman.
• Log and manage issues using bug tracking/test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail).
• Collaborate with QA leads and developers to understand features under test.
