Job summary

LED Vision Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to develop and maintain QA policies, perform inspections, audits, and CAPA actions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

You will monitor production processes, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements. The role requires 1-2 years of QA experience and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management, with strong analytical skills and clear documentation throughout all

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• ISO 9001 Standards knowledge
• Quality Management System (QMS) implementation & maintenance
• Internal & external auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and reliability of output.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, reports, and compliance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Maintain Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
