Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Software Tester to conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms, ensuring product quality through rigorous functional, performance, and regression testing.

The role requires ISTQB certification (or equivalent), 2+ years of testing experience, and hands-on with Selenium, JMeter, Test Rail, Jira, and Confluence within an Agile environment. Travel locally and overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• ISTQB foundation qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documents and identify business requirements.
• Meet with system users to understand project scope.
• Participate in team meetings and be an expert user of the system.
• Carry out stress, performance, functional and scalability testing.
• Develop automated testing scripts.
• Write, execute and manage test scripts to mitigate risk.
• Log, monitor and resolve incidents and defects promptly.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues.
• Report progress and assist in meeting release dates.
