- Working Hours: From 8 am to 5pm
- Work Days: From Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing; expertise in appliance or related industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CAD/AutoCAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo) and the ability to interpret technical drawings and models.
- Strong foundation in quality systems and tools: ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, root-cause analysis.
- Mandarin Speaker will be an advantage
Job Scopes:
- Understand and interpret CAD/AutoCAD drawings to verify compliance with design specifications (2D and 3D models) using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar.
- Assist in designing, modifying, or approving fixtures, jigs, work instructions, and tooling to support quality throughout the line.
- Implement SPC (statistical process control), FMEA, measurement system analysis, and control charts to detect early deviations and intervene proactively.
- Perform in-process audits and inspections—covering welding quality, coating thickness, assembly fit/functionality, and packaging integrity—to prevent shipment of defective units.
- Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve non-conformances before they escalate.
- Maintain and update quality documentation: control plans, audit records, CAPA logs, inspection checklists, and CAD-based quality data records.
- Assist in internal and external ISO 9001 audits; ensure processes comply with quality management systems.
- Support APQP and PFMEA activities during new product introduction or process changes.
