Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support new product introductions and process validation.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues, develop sampling plans, and document quality and reliability data.

Mandarin fluency is preferred for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients; a degree in materials or electronic engineering with 2–4 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Material or Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of quality-related experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Participates in new product introductions and validates processes through Quality Assurance.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instruction for recording evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Work with Engineering, Production and others as necessary to resolve quality issues.
• To perform product and process audit, identifies control methods for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor, report and respond to results of incoming inspections and finished goods audit.
