Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is hiring an Automation QA Engineer in Subang Jaya to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites. You will create and execute automated scripts for functional and regression testing and help reduce manual testing through enhanced automation coverage.

You will collaborate with functional testers, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements, adapt automation assets to changes, and ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze application changes and update automation assets accordingly
• Work closely with functional testers, business analysts and developers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities
