• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 5-8 years' experience in Automotive Purchasing with 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, commodity strategy, and costing.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and supplier management skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.

• Lead annual purchasing cost reduction initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Establish and review sourcing decisions through Sourcing Board governance.
• Develop and maintain a qualified, reliable supply base to support business needs.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost).
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of purchasing KPIs and compliance with POS processes.
• Plan and manage purchasing workforce and department budget effectively.
• Mentor and develop purchasing team members, driving a high-performance culture.
