ABOUT THE ROLE
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel's procurement and purchasing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of quality goods and services. This role manages supplier relationships, negotiates the best value for the hotel and ensures all purchasing activities, comply with company policies, procurement procedures and operational standards while supporting the overall success of the hotel.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to strategic sourcing and contract management.
