Job summary

Hexcellence Consulting Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Communications/Marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to implement strategies, craft press materials, and manage events. You will engage clients, regulators, and stakeholders while overseeing the website and brand-aligned content.

The role requires strong writing, Mandarin/English/BM language skills, networking ability, and proficiency with PowerPoint for client presentations. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create engaging, informative content.
• At least 1 year of related working experience (preferred).
• Skilled in presentation software, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to network effectively, both offline and digitally.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, BM

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
• Craft compelling press releases, articles, and communication materials related to company listings on U.S. Capital Markets.
• Plan and execute events to promote the company and engage clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing client presentation materials (especially using PowerPoint).
• Oversee the company website, ensuring up-to-date, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content.
• Drive our social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WeChat) and grow audience engagement.
• Shape our brand identity by developing marketing materials and maintaining brand consistency.
• Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership efforts.
• Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.
