Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) to assist in accurate dispensing under supervision, ensure safe supply of medicines, and perform prescription screening.
You will participate in patient care, counselling, health screening services, and contribute to daily operations, training, and quality assurance while maintaining SOPs and good pharmacy practice.

Assist in accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of a PRP Preceptor
Ensure safe, legal, and ethical supply of medicines in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Perform prescription screening for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
Provide basic medication counselling and health advice under supervision.
Support patient education on proper medication use, supplements, adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Assist in health screening services and wellness initiatives offered by the pharmacy.
Complete all PBM-required training modules, logbooks, and assessments within the stipulated timeframe.
Participate actively in internal training, seminars, marketing activities and continuous professional development activities.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to learning throughout the training period.
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations including inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and expiry monitoring.
Maintain proper documentation and records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and professional standards within the pharmacy.
Led successful promotional initiatives, including themed campaigns and in-store focus promotional products.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), and company policies.
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices.
Demonstrated strong understanding of sales performance in relation to overhead costs to support business profitability.
Recognized the importance of goal setting and KPI tracking to drive team performance.
Understood the value of house-brand products in supporting business growth and customer loyalty.
Developed skills in margin management, including pricing, promotions, and product mix planning.

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Board Malaysia
Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) with valid registration

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
Good customer service and patient counseling skills
