Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is offering an internship in Logistics for an entry-level candidate.

The role involves handling warehouse receiving, inspecting, and dispatching of parts, ensuring accurate packaging, and coordinating with vendors and customs documents. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with CGPA 2.5 or higher, are Malaysian citizens aged 30 or younger, and are currently unemployed or earning below market rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, preparing, and dispatching parts and materials within the warehouse.
• Verify packaging conditions and match details against system data for shipments.
• Support the preparation and packing of materials leaving the warehouse.
• Follow up on Commercial Invoices, gate passes, and customs documentation.
• Raise Transport Requests in DHL portal and coordinate with Control Tower/providers.
• Contribute to warehouse improvement programs and audits.
• Maintain tracking lists to ensure real-time data accuracy.

Job Description:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, preparing, and dispatching parts and materials within the warehouse.
• Verify packaging conditions and match details against system data for all shipments.
• Support the preparation and packing of materials leaving the warehouse.
• Follow up on Commercial Invoices (CI), gate passes, and customs documentation required.
• Raise Transport Requests (TR) in DHL portal and follow up with the Control Tower and providers.
• Contribute to warehouse improvement programs, GEMBA walks, and internal or customer audits.
• Maintain tracking lists, including the Repair Master List, to ensure real-time data accuracy.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong English communication skills to coordinate with vendors and logistics providers.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to escape data issues independently.

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 2.5.
• Applicants must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not on par with market rate.
• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application).
