• Prepare detailed aircraft maintenance schedules.
• Advise spares requirements to Logistics Planner based on scheduling.
• Assist Planning Manager with data gathering for reports on maintenance planning progress.
• Develop detailed preventive and corrective maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ensure resources are available and allocated for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history and performance data.
• Ensure maintenance staff are trained and liaison with Training Department to develop skills as required.
• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Protege Maintenance Planner (Butterworth)

Prepare detailed aircraft maintenance schedules for subsequent aircraft.

Advice Logistics Planner on spares requirements based on scheduling.

Assist the Planning Manager with data gathering for generating reports on the progress of maintenance planning, resource acquisition, spares tracking, etc.

Developing detailed plans and schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This includes determining the scope of work, resources needed, and timelines for completion.

Ensuring that all necessary resources (personnel, tools, materials, and equipment) are available and allocated appropriately for maintenance tasks.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance data for tracking trends, analyzing equipment reliability, and planning future maintenance.

Ensuring that maintenance staff are adequately trained and skilled to perform their tasks and liaise Training Department to facilitate skill development as required.

Identifying and implementing improvements in maintenance processes and practices to increase efficiency, reduce downtime by adopting new technologies or methodologies.
