Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Putrajaya is seeking a candidate for a technical support role. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, diagnosing hardware issues, and updating workflows. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Bahasa Melayu or English, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle high-pressure situations. Priority will be given to fresh graduates who have not participated in SL1M or PROTEGE Program. This role may require travel and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
  • Prioritize fresh graduates who haven't joined SL1M/PROTEGE Program.

  • Redirect unresolved issues to next level support.
  • Keep records of problems and solutions.

Job description

Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders


Create and update workflows


Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products


Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution


Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues


Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer


In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN


Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel


Keep record of problems and customers solution


Follow-up with customers


Reporting base on projects


Requirements

Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or English


Excellent oral and written communication skills


Strong presentation and customer-facing skills


Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor


Possess own transport and willing to travel


Priority to fresh graduates who have not joined SL1M / PROTEGE Program before
