Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh Civil Engineering graduate to support engineering and project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of civil works under the PROTÉGÉ programme.

You will assist in supervising site activities, contribute to project planning and documentation, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams while traveling as required.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on learning with practical industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising site activities and ensure work is carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in measurement, cost estimation, and material tracking.
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
