Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate for a 1-year fixed-term contract to drive property sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will engage prospects, present options, and work toward achievable targets in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, purchaser verification, SPA coordination, and liaising with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (property sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with accountability.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (based on sales operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead follow-up, customer presentations, and achieving sales targets
• Booking submission, purchaser verification, system entry (MHub/IFCA), and e-SPA coordination via HIMS
• Liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction and loan process
• Manage purchaser files, SPA signing, and payment follow-ups
