Job summary

HBA Group in Sabah is seeking a proactive sales-focused individual to support our team with inquiries, bookings and follow-ups. You will liaise with clients, process forms and payments, and maintain accurate records.

You will also assist with social media, website updates and marketing activities, contributing creative ideas for campaigns and promotions while participating in property events and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is advantageous; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good personality, positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, bookings and customer follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients and provide professional customer service.
• Process booking forms, payments and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Assist with social media, website updates and marketing activities.
• Provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Participate in property events, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
