Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters through excellent communication and a passion for real estate.
• Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with contracts, agreements, listing presentations, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth transactions.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular client communication, provide updates on listings and market trends, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases for efficient data management.
• Financial Coordination: Assist with rental payment collection and coordinate financial transactions related to property deals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, property management, and renovation teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
