Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic property sales consultant in Negeri Sembilan to assist clients in finding suitable homes and commercial spaces, providing professional consultation, and driving sales through superior service.

You will handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries, present projects, conduct viewings, follow up with leads, and support buyers through the documentation process, collaborating with marketing and sales to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
