Job summary

Insides Coliving Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations support role to assist in managing property management projects. You will coordinate on-site issues, liaise with building management, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include defect inspections, progress reporting, material procurement oversight, and maintaining project documentation to ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling, settling, and supervising on-site issues, including workman arrangement and monitoring.
• Liaise and communicate with building management officers, suppliers, contractors, workers, cleaners, and other stakeholders, as well as respond to inquiries from property owners.
• Conduct defect quality checks before and after renovations, ensuring all standards are met.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress and defect management, with timely follow-ups to address any issues.
• Oversee material procurement, including budgeting, planning, obtaining quotations, and controlling costs.
• Assist in planning layouts and creating drawings for projects.
• Ensure all assigned tasks from the Superior are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
