Exal Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns for property developments. You will create content for social media and marketing materials, coordinate launches, and work closely with Sales to generate leads.

The role involves coordinating with designers and vendors, managing calendars, and monitoring campaign performance. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply, especially with real estate marketing interest.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing or content creation experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity and a relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in property development or real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, writing and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Willing to learn, explore new ideas and take ownership of marketing deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote property developments and drive customer enquiries.
• Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Coordinate property launches, roadshows, promotional events and marketing activities.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and support lead generation.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers and other vendors on marketing deliverables.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market research on property trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Explore fresh marketing ideas and digital tools to improve brand visibility and campaign results.
