Job summary

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns for property developments. You will manage social media across platforms, develop engaging content, and work with designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality materials.

The role includes monitoring performance, updating website content, supporting property launches, and preparing collateral.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in creating basic photo and video content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Familiar with Meta, Google and other digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for property development projects.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop engaging content such as posts, captions, videos, reels, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and vendors to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare monthly insights reports.
• Update website content and digital marketing materials as required.
• Support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other events.
• Prepare brochures, advertisements, signage, and other sales and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for timely execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks including permits, submissions, and approvals.
