Job summary

Kumpulan Hamodal Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our property portfolio through office and warehouse leasing, client acquisition and new business opportunities. You will identify and secure new tenants, explore markets, negotiate tenancy terms, manage renewals, and build strong client relationships.

1–3 years in property or related fields is preferred, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property, real estate, leasing, sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new tenants for office, warehouse and other commercial properties.
• Explore new markets, clients and potential property acquisition opportunities.
• Client & Relationship Management.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements and related contracts.
• Manage renewals, rental negotiations and other tenancy matters.
• Research market trends, rental rates and competitor activities.
• Identify potential properties, investment opportunities and new business leads.
• Attend client meetings, property viewings, networking events and industry activities.
• Willing to travel for meetings and site visits when required.
