Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years in finance, accounting, or business partnering, preferably in property/facility management or real estate.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control and reporting within facility management or asset management.
• Experience analysing facility expenses, capex, and vendor financial performance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting for property management operations.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, asset management).
• Attention to detail and capability to support financial governance.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and analytical skills to present data and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and manage financial reports related to property and facility management operations.
• Monitor and control facility-related expenses to optimize cost efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts for property and facility operations.
• Evaluate financial terms of contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Act as a finance liaison to support operational decision-making.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements.
