Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 4–6 years' experience in financial and project accounting.
• Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track project performance through P&L, balance sheet, and key metrics.
• Ensure accruals for revenue and costs, review requisitions.
• Investigate discrepancies and highlight risks to control and analysis teams.
• Analyze project outcomes and impact on unit performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts with data accuracy.
• Support audits and board/regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Work with finance teams to improve forecasting and data capture.
