Job summary

Southern Acids Cronos Resource Sdn Bhd, based in Klang, is seeking a Property Executive (Operations) to manage tenancy records, inspections, and landlord obligations across hostel, residential and car park sites. The role requires coordinating with vendors, ensuring service standards and regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with government authorities on JTK standards, supervise security and facilities maintenance, handle admin tasks, prepare purchase orders and invoices, and support on-site

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management and/or other related field of studies.
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in property / facilities management, preferably managing mixed-use portfolio such as Hostel, Residential, Car Park, Healthcare.
• Working knowledge of JTK requirements under the Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446) is an added advantage.
• Able to liaise effectively with government authorities, vendors and contractors.
• Prior experience in hospital / healthcare facility or hostel management is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site across multiple locations (Hostel, Residential and Car Park).
• Willing to attend to operational matters outside standard working hours or on call for emergencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Car Park Management, including access systems, security guards, EV charging stations and staff shuttle coordination.
• Attend to tenants’ feedback, inquiries and complaints with prompt investigation and resolution of maintenance issues.
• Source quotations, evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate with external contractors for servicing and preventive maintenance across all sites.
• Issue Purchase Orders, prepare Invoices and Official Receipts, and follow up rental and car park payment arrears.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by Superior or Management.
