Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Executive (Property Development) to support the Head of Department on progress and activities of sales administration. You will handle sales documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan documents, billing, and transfer-related papers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, or Business Admin.
• 2–3 years of experience in property development.
• Familiarisation with IFCA accounting system.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of Department on progress and activities of sales administration.
• Handle sales administration correspondence and check accuracy of documents for Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan docs, billing, transfers, and related papers.
• Prepare handover of Vacant Possession documents and coordinate with Project/Property teams for timely handover.
• Compile supporting documents for consent to transfer / charge applications.
• Liaise with authorities, purchasers, solicitors, and financiers for process and correspondences.
• Ensure Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title are released timely and accurately.
• Assist in generating progress billing, issuing reminders, and collecting payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
