Job summary

ITA Asia Limited is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to draft requirement documents for new functions or system changes, and to coordinate with end users and programmers to clarify specs. The role involves testing, reporting issues, conducting UAT, and preparing training materials.

Ideal applicants have a background in data analysis or systems analysis, with 1–3 years of experience, and a degree. Familiarity with MS Office and multilingual abilities are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Write up a requirement document to specify new functions or changes for programmers’ review.
• Discuss with end users and programmers to clarify specifications in the requirement documents.
• Test the functions of new features or changes developed by programmers to ensure they work as expected.
• Report errors, issues, and correction requests to programmers for updates needed.
• Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the systems.
• Prepare and/or update the manual documents/reports.
• Brief the end users and conduct training if needed.
• Test systems including corporate website, mobile website, insurance operating systems, documents and workflow management system, client access database, and online application systems.

Job description

Based on demand to write up a requirement document to specify the new functions or changes in systems for programmers’ review.

Discuss with end users and programmers to clarify the specifications needed in the requirement documents.

To test the functions of new features or changes request developed by programmers if they are working as expected.

Report errors, issues, and correction requests to programmers for updates needed.

Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the systems.

Preparing and/or updating the manual documents/reports.

Brief the end users and conduct training if needed.

To test systems, including corporate website, mobile website, insurance business operating systems, documents and workflow management system, client access database, and online application systems.

Requirements

Good command of written and spoken in English and/or Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Computer literate with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Essential typing skills in English and Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Specialized in Mathematics will be an added advantage

1 - 3 years of working experience.
