Rahmat Lim & Partners is seeking an associate with 1–3 years PQE to handle non-contentious project work across high-tech manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Strong drafting and contract review skills are essential.

The role emphasizes independent work, motivation, teamwork, and pragmatic problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin abilities and commercial acumen will be advantages.

Formación

• Minimum second-upper 2:1 Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
• At least 1 year of experience in projects, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and/or construction contracts.
• Strong drafting and reviewing skills for project documentation, commercial agreements, and procurement contracts.
• Independent, highly motivated and organized.
• Dedicated, driven and committed to completing assignments on time.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and collaborative teamwork.
• Pragmatic problem solver with sound judgement.
• Commercial acumen and sound legal knowledge advantageous.
• Mandarin language ability is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Associate with 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Non-contentious work on projects involving high-tech manufacturing (including semiconductor fabs and data centers), energy (including new energy), oil and gas, utilities, technology assets, infrastructure development, construction and engineering
