Job summary

Cheangariff in Kuala Lumpur invites a corporate and capital markets lawyer with 2–3 years PQE to join its dynamic team. You will draft, negotiate and finalise transactional documents for mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, and draft prospectuses for IPOs.

You will also conduct legal due diligence, render regulatory and compliance advice, and provide opinions in relation to corporate and capital market transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PQE in Corporate and Capital Markets.
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team.
