Job summary

Fitri Development Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks a driven, quality-focused Project Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day site activities, uphold engineering standards, manage subcontractors, and ensure multi-disciplinary property development projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality benchmarks.

You will coordinate site setting-out, QA/QC inspections, safety compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and OSHA, and support the Project Manager with progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Eng or Construction Management.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in residential/commercial building projects in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities ensuring compliance with CS, M&E, and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site workers per master schedules.
• Perform setting-out, surveying verification, and level checks.
• Enforce safety protocols per DOSH, CIDB, and OSHA.
• Prepare weekly/monthly site progress reports and documents.
