Responsibilities
- Assist in planning weekly and daily site activities based on project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure the availability of materials and proper manpower allocation.
Technical Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare method statements and execution plans.
- Carry out quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Project Site Supervision
- Lead site supervisors in managing site activities to ensure productivity and quality.
- Plan and manage materials effectively.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site records (progress, manpower, material usage).
- Prepare site reports, method statements, and inspection reports.
- Track project costs and assist in budget management.
- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Attend site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Communicate design changes or instructions to site staff.
Problem-Solving
- Address technical problems on-site promptly to minimize project delays.
- Sug gest improvements to work methods for efficiency and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related professional qualification.
- Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Preferably at least 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
