Job summary

Changkat Ressam Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable engineer to manage and coordinate engineering projects from planning to handover. You will review requirements, prepare schedules, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful execution.

The role involves supervising installation, testing, commissioning, site inspections, and preparing technical reports. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential to deliver high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from planning and execution through commissioning and handover.
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities at customer sites.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, inspection reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding technical issues and ensure proper closure and customer satisfaction.
• Support project handover, warranty activities, and post-project service requirements.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and provide professional after-sales technical support.
