Job summary

Intense M&E Sdn Bhd is seeking a project execution professional to oversee projects from drawings submission through to commissioning. The role involves coordinating material purchases, supervising on-site installation, and conducting site acceptance tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, ensuring timely handover and the preparation of as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Execute & manage project tasks including submission and approval of drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate procurement and material purchases for projects.
• Oversee site supervision, installation, site acceptance tests, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with specifications and requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare handover documents and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Execute & manage project covering submission and approval of drawing and technical document, purchase of material, site supervision, installation, site acceptance test, testing and commissioning.
• Execute project in accordance to project specifications & requirements
• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor and relevant authorities
• Prepare handover documents and as-built drawings
