Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Civil/Construction Engineer to plan and establish master project schedules and manage work programmes using MS Project. The role involves monitoring progress, cost, and quality, visiting sites to validate work, and coordinating with the Project Manager and team to resolve variances and ensure on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of construction experience and proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite, with a Diploma or Degree in Civil

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil/construction engineering.
• 3–5 years construction-related experience.
• Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish master project schedule and work programmed using MS Project.
• Forecast delay factors and propose mitigation to meet project timeframes, quality and cost.
• Monitor project execution against master schedule, costs and quality.
• Visit project site periodically to validate progress and prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with Project Manager and team to ensure smooth project completion and address variances.
