Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Project Scheduling & Analysis professional to support the Project Delivery team with scheduling, risk analysis, and revenue-related reporting. The role emphasizes developing master schedules, performance tracking, and proactive data insight across multiple business lines.
You will collaborate with engineering and operations, maintain PPM tollgates, and create dashboards and reports to support management decisions.

Support the Project Delivery team in project scheduling, risk analysis, performance monitoring, and preparation of reports related to revenue, billing, and operational support.
Develop baseline master work programs and project schedules, including manpower histogram charts.
Prepare S-Curve and manpower histograms based on project timelines.
Conduct delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, Liquidated Damages (LAD) evaluations, and prepare delay chronology reports.
Monitor schedule variances and update revised completion dates in coordination with Lines of Business (LOB).
Manage PPM Tollgate processes and upload documentation to SharePoint.
Update SEA Revenue Tracker, backlog, and forelog.
Perform revenue bridging analysis to identify gaps in revenue changes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue charts.
Manage forelog files and analyze sales data.
Update UBR feedback, billing plans, total billing plans, and Power BI remaining data.
Develop billing trackers and dashboards for daily and monthly monitoring.
Create timesheet templates for site teams.
Provide support for ad-hoc requests, including data updates, report preparation, and analysis for management.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields with 3–5 years of experience in construction project management (MEP experience preferred).
Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
