Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling for chiller plants, coordinate monthly service activities, and provide performance reports for management. The role involves attending site meetings, updating attendance, and creating quotations for service tasks.

A mechanical engineering background with related experience is preferred, and OSH-C qualification is a plus. You will work closely with the Service Account Manager to cover adjacent sites as needed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of related experience.
• OSH-C qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service tasks with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summaries from operator.
• Attend site meetings with MVM and provide advice on operational matters.
• Update daily staff attendance in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for executive reports for chiller plant: service task completion, monthly power usage, and water/electricity usage summaries.
• Cover other sites (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager.
• Create quotations for the service team.

How you will do it:

• Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate on the monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.
• Obtain updates on the service progress and parameter summary update from operator.
• Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matter.
• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant:
• Service task completion
• Monthly summary of power usage report
• Summary of water and electrical usage report
• Cover other site (DLP,PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager
• Create quotation for service team
