Job summary

XD Power Transmission (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur invites a capable Planner to manage construction schedules for diverse projects.

Requires a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in planning, with familiarity of site operations and project lifecycles. You will develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, break down tasks, align with contract milestones, monitor progress against baselines, report delays, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Planning.
• Experience with infrastructure, residential, commercial, oil & gas projects.
• Familiarity with site operations, construction sequences, and project lifecycles.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur with travel to Kelantan (Dabong).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Break down projects into tasks, phases, and timelines.
• Align schedules with contract requirements and milestones.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules.
• Identify and report delays or deviations.
