Qualificações

• Experience in material planning, production planning, scheduling and problem-solving within a project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of supplier lead times, approval workflows and import/export logistics processes.
• Experience expediting orders and resolving supply challenges with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to track material status, delivery timelines and project risks through data-driven reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office; ability to work across a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, own, and maintain a comprehensive Material Management Plan for assigned projects, linking purchases to project need-by dates, supplier lead times, approvals, and logistics milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering teams to align procurement with project schedules and release plans.
• Plan procurement timing considering supplier lead times, internal approvals, and transportation requirements.
• Manage all pre-order planning activities including requisition planning, scheduling, and readiness reviews.
• Expedite open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to support timely order confirmation and delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate material movement including inbound shipments, logistics planning, and customs clearance.
