Job summary

GAMUDA is seeking an Executive for Project Marketing to support development and execution of marketing strategies for designated projects, including real estate developments and launches.

You will assist with campaign planning, content creation, digital platform management, and performance analysis to drive awareness and leads, collaborating with the Project Marketing Manager and sales teams.

This role emphasizes cohesive communication, measurable results, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital channels.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing tailored marketing plans for projects, identify audiences and key messaging; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with project development teams and external agencies for content creation.
• Create marketing content across brochures, website, social media, emails, presentations; monitor campaign performance and leads.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and support integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
