Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex payment enablement, API integration, product rollouts and system enhancements.

You will liaise with product, dev, infra, compliance, fraud and external partners, manage scope, time and budget using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods, document SOPs, and drive platform scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management or product delivery.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, data protection or security compliance.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of complex technical projects related to payment enablement, API integration, product rollout, and system enhancements.

Liaise with internal teams (product, dev, infra, compliance, fraud, support) and external partners to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and break them into sprints or milestones.

Identify risks, manage change control, and implement mitigation strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.

Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer for every rollout.

Serve as a thought partner to product and tech leadership on system architecture and platform scalability.

Manage stakeholder communication and conduct regular status updates with leadership and external parties.

Key Requirements:

Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, data protection, cybersecurity, or security compliance requirements.

Ideally, 5 years of experience in technical project management, product delivery, system implementation, or technology-driven project execution.

Ideally, 3 years of experience in a lead project management role, managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation review.

Proven experience in the gaming, fintech, digital commerce, payment, merchant acquiring, or technology platform industry is highly preferred.
