Job summary

CHONG TEAMWORK RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee building construction, road works and drainage projects in Malaysia. You will supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure work meets schedules, quality standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has relevant construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site workers.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction, project management, or site supervision.
• Experience in building construction, road works, and drainage works is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects, including building construction, road works, drainage works, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and costs.
• Ensure construction work meets the required quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site problems and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• A valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary from RM8,000 onwards, depending on experience and suitability.
• Salary is negotiable for qualified and experienced candidates.
