Job summary

USER Experience Researchers in Cyberjaya is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Proview, PSM and ESB workstream projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate schedules, risks, budgets and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Proview, PSM, and other ESB workstream projects.
• Manage project schedules, plans, risks, budgets, stakeholders, and resources.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution.
• Manage project financials and budgets to ensure effective cost control.
• Manage incidents and Requests for Change (RFC) related to project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
